Privacy policy

When the Customer creates his personal account on the Website, his personal data is collected. The personal data collected are as follows :

• The name and surname of the Customer, his e-mail address
• Personal data collected is for the cinema. They are the subject of a computer processing necessary for the processing of the order, the management of the relations with the Customer, the processing of the Customer's requests, as well as the commercial solicitation of the Customer.

The personal data of the Customer are kept for a period of 5 years from the last order, unless :

the Customer exercises his right to delete the data, under the conditions described below ; a longer conversation period is allowed or imposed under a legal or regulatory provision. During this period, the Cinema undertakes to put in place all means capable of ensuring the confidentiality and security of personal data, so as to prevent their damage, erasure or access by unauthorized third parties.

Access to the Customer's personal data is strictly limited to Cinema staff.

Apart from these statements above, the Cinema undertakes not to sell, rent, assign or give access to third parties to the Customer's personal data without his prior consent, unless he is obliged to do so by reason of a legitimate motive (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of the defense, etc.).

Personal data collected may be shared with third-party companies in the following cases :

to comply with administrative or judicial procedures; if the Cinema is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset transfer or bankruptcy procedure, it may be required to assign or share all or part of its assets, including personal data. In this case, the Client would be informed, before the personal data are transferred to a third party.

Pursuant to the law "Informatique et Libertés" of 6 January 1978 as amended and the European Regulation n ° 2016/679 / EU of 27 April 2016 (applicable from 25 May 2018), the Customer has a right of access , correction, portability and erasure of data or limitation of treatment. It may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning him.

If the Customer does not wish / no longer receive the news of the Cinema and solicitations (by telephone, SMS, postal mail or electronic) and invitations, the Customer indicates it to the selected Cinema.
